Liene Krumina advises international companies on all aspects of cross-border commercial, corporate, ESG, employment and contract law. She specialises in supporting foreign corporations entering the Finnish market, establishing local operations, managing compliance obligations and aligning business structures with Finnish law.

Liene regularly assists clients in drafting employment and manager contracts, service agreements, distribution agreements and subcontracting frameworks. She also advises on
corporate governance, decision-making structures and compliance for companies scaling their presence in the Finnish and Baltic markets.
Prior to joining LKOS Law Office, Liene worked at one of Latvia’s leading law firms and later at a major Finnish business law firm. She brings extensive hands-on experience in Baltic–Nordic market entry, legal project management and strategic legal support for growth-minded organisations. Liene serves as the firm’s Managing Partner.
She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Latvia and a Triple Crown accredited MBA from Aalto University Executive Education.
